1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Afflixor ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. What Afflixor Is

Afflixor is an affiliate product discovery platform. We curate and display products from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly — all purchases are completed on the retailer's website.

When you click a product link, you leave Afflixor and enter the retailer's platform. We may earn an affiliate commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Afflixor. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should use the platform with parental or guardian consent.

4. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Afflixor to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Submit false, misleading, or spam reviews
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform
Use automated tools to interact with the platform without our written consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content ("User Content"), you:

Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use that content on the platform
Confirm that your content is accurate and based on genuine experience
Confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms, is misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

7. Affiliate Relationships and Earnings Disclosure

Afflixor participates in affiliate programmes. This means:

We earn commissions when users purchase products through our links
Affiliate relationships do not influence our curation or recommendations — we aim to surface genuinely useful products
Product prices, availability, and descriptions are controlled by retailers and may change without notice
We are not responsible for the accuracy of retailer product information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Afflixor — including the design, code, logo, text, and AI-generated product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Afflixor.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Product images remain the property of their respective retailers or rights holders.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Afflixor contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for:

The content, accuracy, or privacy practices of linked sites
Products purchased through affiliate links
Any disputes between you and a retailer

Your interaction with third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Afflixor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
That product recommendations will meet your specific needs
The accuracy of prices, descriptions, or availability shown on the platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afflixor and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
Losses resulting from product purchases made through affiliate links
Data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (which for free users is zero).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Afflixor at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
